Reconciliatory Dream

Last night, after more than 10 long years, I had a different dream about my ex-bf. We finally talked!

Seriously, after we broke up, all my dreams about him were hazy. Most of the time, he gazed at me from afar looking sad and disappointed and he slowly disappears the moment I try to go near him. At times, we seem to avoid each other.

However, last night was different. He was near and we talked! The place was not familiar, but the setting was that our roads crossed again after a long time and we didn't avoid each other anymore. What's nice also was that he no longer looked sad nor disappointed. He looked so delighted to touch-base with me again!

While eating dinner, I shared this to hubby and told him I feel I will finally see him again. Hubby knows I've been wanting to talk to him now that we're both married. First, to apologize for changing my mind after seven years of love and friendship. Second, to thank him for having been a true gentleman all throughout our relationship.

I do hope we will have a reconciliatory meeting not just in a dream.
